Upon receipt of a completed booking request form, Villa Saia will send by e-mail :
– the request confirmation
– the final invoice
– the booking confirmation when full payment is processed
All payments shall be made by bank transfer or via the TransferWise platform upon receipt of invoice. Customers should note that all bank and / or transfer fees are their responsibility and that Villa Saia must receive the full amount listed in the invoice. Villa Saia will hold dates for confirmation of payment for a period of 72 hours.
No reservations will be considered as firm and final until all fees have been received in full. Villa Saia reserves the right to cancel an unpaid booking if the full amount payable is not settled on time.
Last minute booking will be paid on site by cash. Booking will be registered with credit card details in case of no-show / cancellation.
Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah. Prices include taxes applicable on the date of the booking. Should any changes or new legal or regulatory taxes be introduced or imposed by the relevant authorities, these will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated at the time of billing.
All cancellations must be submitted to Villa Saia in writing by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The sent date will be used to calculate your refund:
– Prior to 61 days upon arrival: reservation refunded in full. Bank charges will be charged extra.
– 60 days or less prior to arrival: no refund will take place. We highly recommends to subscribe a travel insurance.
No-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are nonrefundable.
The owners of Villa Saia accept no responsibility for and shall not be held liable for loss/damage/cancellation or changes caused by major events such as natural disasters, fires, airport closures or any other event beyond our control.
